Interview Data: When you use our mock interview features, we collect:

  • Audio recordings of your interview responses (processed in real time and not stored permanently unless you choose to save them)
  • Transcriptions of your spoken answers
  • AI-generated feedback and performance scores
  • Your selected job roles and interview preferences

Resume Data: If you upload a resume or CV, we process it to generate personalized interview questions. Resume data is encrypted at rest and can be deleted at any time.

Usage Data: We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Service, including device type, operating system, app version, session duration, and feature usage patterns.

Purchase Information: If you subscribe to MockMaster Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service, including generating interview questions and AI feedback
  • Personalize your experience based on your job role, resume, and interview history
  • Track your interview performance and progress over time
  • Improve our AI models and the overall quality of the Service

We retain your interview data and account information for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual interview sessions from within the app, or delete your entire account and all associated data at any time through the app settings.
